Smoke-free Academy provides tailor-made classes for women. Professional instructors host classes on fitness, personal grooming, Chinese medicine and dietary to share tips on keeping fit and beauty with a smoke-free lifestyle. All classes will be conducted in Cantonese and are free of charge. Priority will be given to female smokers or non-smokers enrol with a female smoker. Quota is limited. Join us now!

- Fitness class
Some people may mistakenly believe that smoking could relieve stress. In fact, smoking not only fails to help you relax, but also increases the heart rates and elevates blood pressure. Besides, tar in tobacco will block and irritate airways and lungs. It damages the functions of lungs and causes shortness of breath.
Fitness instructors will teach you how to regulate the pace of breath, strengthen the function of heart and lungs, relieve stress and stay healthy.
